The caciocavallo is a cow’s cheese with spun dough, with aging over 60 days and composed respectively with 50% buffalo milk and 50% cow’s milk.


Store the product once the package is opened, in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4.

Consume by the expiration date on the package.
