We deliver to France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Spain and Italy. All parcels are shipped in refrigerated packaging. If your country isn’t on the list, please get in touch: we’re expanding our delivery destinations.
Orders containing fresh produce are dispatched on Mondays, and during periods of high demand, on Tuesdays as well. This is not an organisational constraint, but a deliberate choice: dispatching at the start of the week is the only way to ensure that nothing is left sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
All orders received by 12:00 on Friday are dispatched the following week. Orders received after that time are carried over to the week after that.
Orders containing only pantry items — pasta, tinned goods, oil, pulses, taralli, wines — are not subject to this restriction and are dispatched on the working days following the order.
We take two precautions with every order.
The first is the packaging: fresh produce is shipped in insulated packaging with cooling packs, sized to suit the duration of the journey to your country.
The second is the timing: we dispatch at the start of the week to ensure the parcel is never held up on days when courier services are closed.
