DESCRIPTION

Pasta Filata Cheese of Cow's Milk Only

Made from cow's milk from selected farms,

with added milk enzymes and rennet.

It is matured for a minimum of two months, during which time the cheese takes on a typical and characteristic taste.

The rind has a colour ranging from straw yellow to amber.

The paste, soft and with a pleasant sweet taste, has irregular holes.
