DESCRIPTION
The braid of buffalo milk mozzarella smoked bell straw, it is a real mozzarella braid weighing 500g.
It is produced with a percentage of buffalo milk and owes its shape to the braiding of the dough, after its spinning. During the braiding, the dough is immersed in the serum and then cooled to the desired shape.
CONSERVATION
Keep the mozzarella in its whey, if possible inside the polystyrene delivered by us, at room temperature, except for extremely high temperatures.
Consume within 14 days from the day of production, that is, the date of shipment of your order.
PRODUCTION
Every day, our cheese maker begins processing. The mozzarella needs to "rest" for 12 - 24 hours from production (otherwise it would be chewy); the same has an optimal storage period, maintaining its organoleptic characteristics without undergoing alterations.
