Terms and Conditions of sale

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products on Vesuvio Street Food. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed via email after payment is processed.

• Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT.

• Vesuvio Street Food reserves the right to correct any errors in prices or product descriptions before dispatch.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

• Fresh products are dispatched on Mondays; occasionally on Tuesdays during busy periods.

• Orders received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed in the same week. Orders received after this time will be processed the following week.

• Shipping times vary depending on destination. Tracking information is provided via email.

4. Right of Withdrawal

• According to EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

• Exceptions: Fresh or perishable products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

• Refunds or replacements are issued once the claim is verified.

6. Payment

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal).

• Vesuvio Street Food does not store your payment information.

7. Liability

• Vesuvio Street Food is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

• Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by Italian law.

• Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Naples, Italy, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

10. Updates to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

• Updated terms will be posted on the website, and significant changes may be communicated by email.
