Our Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is an Italian excellence, made from fresh buffalo milk and crafted following traditional methods. With its authentic flavor and irresistibly soft texture, every bite delivers freshness and uncompromising quality. It is produced and shipped fresh, with meticulous attention to every stage of transport to ensure its integrity and unique taste upon arrival.


CONSERVATION

Keep the mozzarella in its whey, if possible inside the polystyrene delivered by us, at room temperature, except for extremely high temperatures.

Consume within 14 days from the day of production, that is, the date of shipment of your order.


PRODUCTION

Every day, our cheese maker begins processing. The mozzarella needs to "rest" for 12 - 24 hours from production (otherwise it would be chewy); the same has an optimal storage period, maintaining its organoleptic characteristics without undergoing alterations.

Ho ordinato 2 volte in un mese e la prima volta siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti il sapore era quello "desiderato". La seconda volta siamo rimasti delusi non aveva la stessa consistenza e sapore. In entrambi i casi niente da eccepire sul confezionamento...semplicemente perfetto

Mozzarella buona arrivata fresca ,anche se il ghiaccio nella confezione era ormai diventato acqua ….e comunque prodotto di gran lunga migliore di quello che si trova qui in Francia

Buona, ma ci mette troppo ad arrivare. Anche se la scadenza è molto più lunga, dopo 3/4 giorni già comincia a perdere freschezza. Lo si vede dal fatto che la pelle si stacca un po’ dal resto

Very nice mozzarella, however the 3 days of transport have an effect on the taste and structure. But I think this is the best you can get outside of Campania.
