Then blast chilled and packaged in a protective atmosphere to extend shelf life.
In a few minutes it can be reheated in a convection oven or microwave.
Store at a temperature between 0/4 °C.
Product can be consumed within 20 days after dispatch if stored correctly in unopened packaging at a controlled temperature.
Once opened, the product must be consumed within 24 h.
