Shipping costs include all costs necessary to receive the products abroad.

For most European areas we charge the following rates:

For orders under €59.99 shipping costs are:

Standard Shipping: €12.75 Premium Shipping: €15.75

For orders between €60.00 and €99.99 shipping costs are:

Standard Shipping: €9.75 Premium Shipping: €12.75

For orders over €100.00 shipping and all included services are free of charge.

For all areas outside the EU you can see the shipping costs in real time when you compose your shopping cart.

In order to guarantee the freshness and quality of your products, we adopt this type of order preparation:

Orders containing fresh products are only dispatched on Mondays, sporadically on busy occasions orders are also processed on Tuesdays.

All orders received by 10 a.m. on Sundays will be processed on the days listed above.

All orders received after 10:00 a.m. on Sundays will be dispatched in the week after the order is taken.

Depending on the shipping area of the customer, we entrust the order to the courier who takes less time to serve that shipping area, as soon as the courier takes charge of your parcel, you will receive an email with the tracking link of the shipment, using the service provided by the couriers partners you can monitor your package.

If you choose to make purchases on the online store of Vesuvio Street Food by paying by Bank Transfer, remember to send within an hour from the order confirmation, the bank transfer bill to the email address info@vesuviostreetfood.com

After this period, in the absence of a bank transfer, your order will be cancelled.

We remind you that your order will be handled only after receipt of the sum in our current account (generally from 1 to 3 working days after making the transfer itself).

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.

If you do not receive the e-mail, please check the Junk or Spam folder of your e-mail inbox, if you use a Gmail address, please also check the Promotions folder.

If at the time of delivery there are products in the package that are missing, different from those ordered and/or damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.

If you receive a package that has been tampered with, damaged or packaged with adhesive tape that is not marked Vesuvio Street Food you can accept the delivery with reserve: please report the incident immediately to our Customer Service who will proceed with further checks.
