Terms and Conditions of sale

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products on Vesuvio Street Food. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Confirmation

Orders are confirmed via email after payment is processed.
Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT.
Vesuvio Street Food reserves the right to correct any errors in prices or product descriptions before dispatch.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Fresh products are dispatched on Mondays; occasionally on Tuesdays during busy periods.
Orders received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed in the same week. Orders received after this time will be processed the following week.
Shipping times vary depending on destination. Tracking information is provided via email.

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
Exceptions: Fresh or perishable products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

5. Returns and Refunds

Claims regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.

Refunds or replacements will be issued once the claim has been verified.

Prompt refund requests due to errors in placing the order will incur a 15% fee, equal to the cost incurred by the company for commissions and ancillary expenses related to the order.

Vesuvio Street Food is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product, except in cases of gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Naples, Italy, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the website, and significant changes may be communicated by email.
