The origin of the Fiano is millennial. The Latins called this Vitis Apiana vine, as the bees seemed particularly fond of the sweetness of his grapes. Much appreciated in the Middle Ages, was cultivated by Carlo d'Angiò for his exceptional features. In straw yellow color, intense smell with hints of honey, hazelnut and smoked, it has a fresh and harmonious taste that looks up with the most refined fish dishes. Ideal for excellent aperitifs.
