Pecorino paglia e fieno is a sheep's milk cheese with a chalky texture, matured for several months.
The cheeses are wrapped in spring hay from the hills, giving the final product a unique taste and scent reminiscent of nature.
The typical flavour of pecorino is combined with the special aroma given by the hay, and the scent recalls the valleys and the countryside.
Ideal combined with a good Lambrusco for aperitifs, starters and first courses.
CONSERVATION
Store the product once the package is opened, in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4.
Consume by the expiration date on the package.
