Organoleptic characteristics: Maturation: around 60 days. Format: bowl-shaped.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow's milk, pasteurised sheep's milk, pear flavouring (min 1%), salt, rennet, ferments. Crust treated with olive oil. Non-edible rind.
