Delicate and savoury taste, pale straw colour and slight eye formation are the main characteristics of this cheese.

It is left to rest in well-ventilated, temperature-controlled cells for a period of about 1/3 months.

Pecorino bagnolese scamato has a tender texture that perfectly matches the crunchy note of the crust of homemade bread and the softness of its crumb! We recommend laying it on a slice of fresh bread, either alone or with cold cuts, accompanied by a good glass of red wine, to fully enjoy its goodness!


Store the product once the package is opened, in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4.
